It has been over 14 incredible years when I started The Clean Fairy Company. My belief in providing professional and a high quality of service has led our brand to be recognized in the Durham and Newcastle area.
Over the last decade, we have seen family time has transformed in today’s busy world and business models change. Work ethics and values adjust. Became resilient in the face of a pandemic and sought out ways to improve our service levels in all industries. But after each challenge, WE remained consistent with our exceptional standards of service and quality.
I value the brand I have created. What sets us apart from the competition is our attention to our client’s individual unique needs. Our onsite consultation is interactive. A walk through of our client’s home or business allows us to openly discuss and build a tailored clean for our clients. We have an exceptional team that shares our passion for cleaning just as much as Monica and I do. As the Operations Manager, I oversee the daily coordination of staff, resources, and client schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
